Compatible with Multiple Payrolls

CloudTamers PI works with NetSuite and NetSuite OneWorld, drawing information from any number of different payroll applications and posting into an organization’s NetSuite financial records, whether that organization is a single company or comprises multiple subsidiaries.

CloudTamers PI analyses payroll elements for any jurisdiction, including tax, social security, salary additions, deductions and statutory payments to generate the financial journal within the NetSuite general ledger. Administrators choose whether to import detailed payslip information in addition to the financial journal.

Extensive Reporting Capabilities

CloudTamers PI imports detailed information from the payroll application (in addition to a summary journal) payroll values can be used for extensive reporting, enabling analysis of remuneration by individual elements, for example, salary, overtime, or allowances across classifications, departments and locations.

CloudTamers PI generates the financial journal automatically with options to group journals by the department, class or location set on the employee record in NetSuite, or by an external department, class or location designated in the payroll application. This facilitates the temporary transfer of an employee to a different cost centre and the payroll journal to accurately allocate costs to the appropriate budget(s) without changing NetSuite settings.

Secure Information Management

CloudTamers PI runs under a separate role with its own unique NetSuite tab. Organizations have full control over which users can see and use this functionality.

Data confidentiality is maintained as the detail of individual salary payments is not recorded in the General Ledger where a summary journal is entered.

Payslip Information for Employees

Administrators can choose to allow employees to see copy payslip information recorded on each employee record. This is accessed by employees using the employee center login.
