Terms of Service

By accessing or using NS Marketplace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NS Marketplace is an independent directory and discovery platform for applications, extensions, and integrations related to the NetSuite ecosystem. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation, NetSuite, or SuiteApp.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

If you list or claim an application on our platform, you represent that:

• You have the right to publish the information provided.
• All content you submit (descriptions, logos, screenshots) is accurate and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• You are responsible for keeping your listing information up to date.

All product names, logos, and brands displayed on NS Marketplace are property of their respective owners. Their use on this platform is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

Content submitted by publishers remains the intellectual property of the respective publisher. By submitting content, you grant NS Marketplace a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the platform.

Some listings may be created by the community based on publicly available information. NS Marketplace does not guarantee the accuracy of unclaimed listings. Product owners may claim and update their listings at any time, or request removal via our Takedown Policy.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your organization retains access until the end of the current paid period. Annual plans are not refunded for unused months. Refunds outside of this policy are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Scrape or programmatically access the platform without permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Use the platform to distribute malware or harmful content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or content on the platform.

NS Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any listing or content at our discretion. Product owners may request removal at any time through our Takedown Policy.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
