How to request content removal or file a copyright notice for NS Marketplace listings.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation, NetSuite, or SuiteApp.com. Product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
Listing Removal Requests
If you are the owner or authorized representative of a product listed on NS Marketplace and wish to have your listing modified or removed, we will honor your request promptly.
Send an email to takedown@nsmarketplace.com including:
- Your full name and role at the company.
- The name and URL of the listing you want modified or removed.
- A description of the change you are requesting.
- Proof that you are authorized to act on behalf of the product owner (e.g., company email address, website admin access).

Within 48 hours
Removal completed
Within 5 business days
DMCA Copyright Notices
If you believe content on NS Marketplace infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
- 1Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- 2Identification of the material on our platform that you believe is infringing, with a URL.
- 3Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
- 4A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- 5A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- 6Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
Claiming Your Listing
Instead of requesting removal, you may prefer to claim your listing and manage it directly. Claimed listings allow you to update descriptions, logos, screenshots, and respond to user inquiries. Visit the listing page and click "Claim this listing" to get started.
