Connect NetSuite with ShipStation

ShipStation native integration facilitates a seamless two-way sync with NetSuite. ShipStation retrieves your orders from NetSuite or can be configured to send sales orders to NetSuite first. This allows you to control how NetSuite allocates available inventory to the orders and then signals ShipStation which orders are ready to be shipped. Following shipment, ShipStation sends the fulfillment and tracking details back to NetSuite. Leverage ShipStation's custom automation rules and flexible workflows to select the optimal carrier, service, and rates for each order, ultimately saving time and money.

Integrate NetSuite and ShipStation! There are various use cases and our solutions cover most of them, if not all. For the main use case, merchants can export orders from NetSuite to ShipStation, get fulfillment data back into NetSuite from ShipStation, update product data from NetSuite to ShipStation, and cancel orders in either direction. The other use case centers around the fact that ShipStation may already get orders from other systems synced into it so merchants just need to record the data in NetSuite. In this case, our other solution can sync orders and fulfillment data from ShipStation into NetSuite. Please note that our if there is a need to check inventory quantity in NetSuite and send a flag back into ShipStation then our solution can be configured to do exactly that.
