Does NetSuite integrate with Amazon?

Yes. NetSuite connects to Amazon through the native NetSuite Connector — which supports both Merchant Fulfilled (MFN) and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) — and through third-party connectors like Celigo, Folio3, and In8Sync. The integration syncs products, customers, inventory availability, sales orders, and fulfillment between Amazon and NetSuite.

What does an Amazon–NetSuite integration handle?

Beyond order sync, a strong Amazon connector reconciles Amazon settlement reports against NetSuite bank deposits, attributes revenue and fees to the correct GL accounts per marketplace, and tracks FBA inventory as a dedicated NetSuite location so total available stock reflects what is held at Amazon fulfillment centers. Sellers on Vendor Central also need purchase order and chargeback handling.

How are Amazon settlement reports reconciled in NetSuite?

Amazon payouts are aggregates — net of referral fees, FBA fees, refunds, and reimbursements — so they don’t map 1:1 to invoices. Native NetSuite Connector vs. a third-party Amazon connector — which should I use?

The native NetSuite Connector covers standard Amazon order and inventory sync. Choose a third-party connector (Celigo, Folio3, In8Sync, MobilityeCommerce) when you need deeper settlement reconciliation, Vendor Central (first-party) support, multi-marketplace handling (NA/EU/JP), or FBA-specific automation that the native tool doesn’t cover.

Can one integration handle multiple Amazon marketplaces?

Some connectors do. If you sell across NA, EU, and JP marketplaces, look for a connector that maps revenue and fees per marketplace to the correct subsidiaries and GL accounts, and handles multi-currency settlement — otherwise you’ll be splitting reports by region by hand.
