Punchout B2B eCommerce Integration

PunchOut provides an eCommerce integration from most major supplier eCommerce sites back to NetSuite. Using the bundle, users are able to build purchase orders by directly shopping on the supplier website and building a cart with the correct quantities and part numbers, and then performing a "punchout" rather than a check-out to return the cart contents to NetSuite as a pending purchase order.

The Punchout bundle also supports electronic purchase order submission via cXML back to the supplier's eCommerce site after the POs have been approved through your internal approval process.

Supplier Site Punchout from NetSuite

The core feature of the SuiteApp is the ability for users to initiate a punchout from NetSuite, build an order on the supplier eCommerce site, and then bring the full listing of supplier part numbers, quantities, and prices back into NetSuite as a pending purchase order. The app supports enabling the automatic creation of master items not yet created in NetSuite for an even more rapid e-procurement process. Multiple suppliers can be configured.

Employee Center Support

The PunchOut SuiteApp is fully supported on the NetSuite Employee Center, and Employee Center licensed users can initiate punchout requests to any number of suppliers directly from their Employee Center dashboard. POs are created in Pending Approval status and the past list of POs and their statuses can be viewed by the employees who created them directly from their dashboard.

Full-license NetSuite administrators have access to the configuration records and can set up additional punchout integrations and configure settings related to new item handling directly in NetSuite

Electronic Purchase Order Submission

An optional module can be enabled to allow for electronic submission of Purchase Orders back to the supplier site upon approval in NetSuite. This option can be enabled for any suppliers which support the cXML punchout standard.

Rapid Install and Implementation

Rapid bundle install and deployment to NetSuite. Simple configurations for suppliers already supporting current punchout standards.
