Regular Parts Syncing

Parts newly added to Limble will trigger the creation of an associated Part in NetSuite. These associations are referenced during Purchase Order syncing.

Regular Supplier Syncing

Associations between NetSuite Suppliers and Limble Vendors will automatically be updated to reflect changes to an external customer-managed mapping table. These associations are referenced during Purchase Order syncing.

Purchase Order Requisition Creation

In real time, when a PO Request is entered in Limble, a corresponding PO Request will be created in NetSuite. This will include any Part line items and Supplier association as it was entered in Limble. 

Purchase Order Update Syncing

Changes to an existing Limble Purchase Order Request (i.e. addition of a new Part line item) will sync to the associated NetSuite PO in real time.

Item Receiving

When Purchase Order line items are marked as received in Limble, an Item Receipt will be created in NetSuite reflecting the inventory addition in near real-time.
