The LaceUp DSD route accounting system offers many tools to create invoices quickly and efficiently from the field. At the driver’s disposal is an invoice template where they can view customer purchase history, price history, and weekly average sales. The driver can also add products to the invoice using a search function, scanning the product barcode, and using an image rich catalog.

Drivers can load up the truck by sending a load order for a future pick up day. When the day comes, the driver can accept the pending load back into their handheld. With LaceUp Proof of delivery, the driver can ask the receiver to sign on the device in acceptance of the invoice. Then the driver can print the invoice with the signature for the customer. All this information is sent to the back office where the team can pull up signed PDF copies of the invoices whenever needed.
