InvoiceConnect is a bi-directional, installable module for NetSuite that leverages web services to automatically pull invoice data from Concur and integrate them into NetSuite. This eliminates the need to manually download and manipulate files to integrate data between the two systems. InvoiceConnect creates a secure connection between the systems and maps the data based on specific business requirements.

Because InvoiceConnect is a user interface (UI) built into the NetSuite environment, you don’t have to switch between applications and can keep working in NetSuite. Great news, right?

Validation Logic

With validation logic built in, InvoiceConnect will provide detailed error logs in NetSuite which will allow the AP processor to correct the data values in Concur before attempting to post again into NetSuite. Additionally, you can utilize Value Transformations to work in conjunction with the Field Mappings to transform NetSuite values into other values. Value Transformations, unlike Field Mappings, act on already mapped values and not directly on fields from Concur data.

Both of these features will ensure your data is in sync and accurate in both systems, thereby enhancing the reconciliation process.

Concur List Sync

The Concur List Sync feature is intended to help clients that do a lot of project work in their ERP system. These clients are, on a daily basis, adding or modifying projects and job codes in NetSuite and having to do that same work all over again in Concur. The List Sync module takes that data from the NetSuite and pushes it into Concur automatically.
