Why Eide Bailly MICR Check Printing?
Eide Bailly’s MICR Checking Printing functionality allows you to print checks on blank check stock with the MICR line printing by leveraging native NetSuite Advanced HTML/PDF templates for printing checks which enables more dynamic check printing, where none of the bank address, company address, account information, or check number is pre-printed on the stock.

Key Benefits
- Installation - the MICR Checking Printing solution is installed and configured for your NetSuite instance by a trained consultant.
- Configuration -the consultant schedules time to walk through the setup and configuration of 1 (one) account for use with the MICR solution.
- Testing - the consultant works with the client to ensure relative account information and payee information is printed correctly in the chosen template format. If using window envelopes, we will work to position the address block(s) for optimal printing and stuffing. This is best accomplished if the client prints the check, stuffs it, and then marks up the document with explicit measurements in inches which elements need to move from their current position. Example: company address needs to move up 1/4 inch, and to the left 1/8 inch.
- Training – the consultant works with the client to train the client on how to leverage MICR effectively.

*Superstub format is where there is one stub 2/3 of the 8x11 page, instead of two separate stubs. This is valuable for customers who do not keep paper copies of stubs, as the transaction data persists in NetSuite. It also reduces the frequency of having to print separate vouchers, as one Superstub has more available space to print lines for applied, expenses, items, and credits.
