Streamline order-to-cash processes with prebuilt workflows

The Shopify Integration App automatically syncs data between the two systems, removing the need for manual entry. Gain better visibility into your sales processes, fulfillment information, inventory status, and financial data while guaranteeing data accuracy. Includes support for NetSuite OneWorld, Multi Subsidiary, and Multi Currency. 

• Multi Channel Order Sync. Synchronize orders from all channels, including social and phone orders, between NetSuite and Shopify to make sure orders are not missed or delayed.
•  Products. Sync Products, Images, and Attributes from NetSuite with support for all NetSuite Item types. If Shopify Product Variations are set up as Inventory Items (non-matrix) in NetSuite, the advanced Virtual Variations feature keeps them in sync. 
• Sales Tax Handling. Either use NetSuite or Shopify to calculate sales taxes. If Shopify is used, import tax as a single or multiple line item in NetSuite to accommodate multiple tax jurisdictions. 
• Cancellations and Refunds. Sync order cancellations and refunds from Shopify to NetSuite and vice versa to keep Customer Service, Finance, and customer data accurate in both systems.
• Inventory. Update inventory levels from either single or multiple warehouse locations with support for all NetSuite Item types: Inventory, Assembly, and Kits (matrix and nonmatrix). 
• Payment Capture. Configure payments to be captured in Shopify at time of sale, in NetSuite after fulfillment, and/or in Shopify after fulfillment in NetSuite.
• Promotions and Gift Cards. Match Shopify discount codes with NetSuite coupon codes including individual line item discounts. Shopify gift cards that are redeemed can be tracked as a line item in the NetSuite Sales Order.
• Retail Sales and Pick Up. In addition to importing Shopify POS orders into NetSuite, POS Pro features such as “Buy online, pick up in store” and “Buy in store, ship to customer” are supported.
• Payouts Reconciliation (Add-On). Automatically download payout reports from Shopify to streamline cash flow management and identify payment discrepancies.
