Traceability

VistaTrac is compliant with the USDA and the FDA 204 Traceabiltiy rule. Track your supplier's lot numbers so that you know when you received them, which of your products they were used in, and which of your customers received those products.  Production reports and yield analysis give you real-time insights into your plant-floor activities so you can fine tune your processes.   

PO/SO Integration

VistaTrac will download purchase orders and sales orders from NetSuite and upload the fulfillment after receiving or shipping is complete.  Transactions utilize mobile scanners, printers and scales so you can capture accurate data and update POs and SOs in NetSuite without the messy paperwork and manual entry. 

Inventory Integration

VistaTrac's Batching workflow gives your workers and easy tool for scanning raw materials into production, tracking lots, yields and keeping inventory arcuate in real-time.  When Batches are complete, you can review them, apply costs, and send inventory adjustments to NetSuite automatically. 

Catch Weight Functionality

VistaTrac leaves nothing to be desired in terms of catch weight functionality.  The features available in VistaTrac for handling catch weights and different product handling scenarios actually make the item setup and UoM setup in NetSuite easier, rather than more complex.  VistaTrac even supports splitting catch weight items when scanning into production or when shipping to customers.  VistaTrac supplies all the hardware needed for catch weight packing, or can utilize equipment you already have such as scales and printers.  In addition to catch weights, any UoM you create can be variable pack with up to 4 decimal places (gallons, liters, KG, linear feat, etc.)

Item Master Integration

Custom fields are added to your NetSuite item master to eliminate the need to manage items in two different systems.  Changes made on the NetSuite product master are updated in VistaTrac instantly. 

Actual Costing

VistaTrac pulls costs from purchase orders and carries those costs into production batches.  When labeling your finished products, VistaTrac can auto consume packaging per case and record their costs as well.  After closing production batches, the VistaTrac costing tool allows you to review the costs applied, add overhead costs, adjust all costs, and then send the new costed inventory to NetSuite.
