SuiteCommerce Custom Fields
Customize the checkout experience to better serve shoppers by adding custom transaction fields for text, check boxes or dates. For example, put in a field before the shipping method to request delivery instructions or before the payment method to request feedback on the transaction. The Web Store Custom Fields extension allows you to add fields to any step in the checkout process, including before or after existing checkout modules.
