Cost Code Management

The SuiteBundle allows users to leverage the standardized cost code mapping structure inclusive of Cost Type, Division and Cost Code. With the configuration of the cost codes, users can then CSV upload their projectspecific Work Breakdown Structures into NetSuite to track costs and project budgets at the detailed cost code level.

Schedule of Values (SOV)

The project Schedule of Values is created from the project Work Breakdown Structure in that it will mimic tracking of both costs and revenue at the cost code level. The SOV within NetSuite will be the source of comparison between billings, revenue recognition and costs. The SOV is auto-updated upon creation of new change orders, addition of costs and updates to billing. See screenshot for an example of the AIA detail and line item SOV detail!

AIA and Retention Billing

Based on the SOV and accrued costs against the project, invoices will be triggered to include functionality for producing the AIA-formatted PDF form as well as for calculating retainage amounts based on a project-based retention percentage value. When the time comes to release retainage, project managers will be able to invoice their customers for the withheld dollars with a single click of a button.

Change Order Management

The SuiteBundle Change Order function is inclusive of an user friendly UI for change order creation, approval and overall management at the project level. Our intuitive interface allows you to record and request changes to specific SOV lines and cost codes.

Budgeting
